The die casting die equipped with 3 hydraulic actuated sliders, squeeze pins at 2 location actuated by 100 bore compact hydraulic cylinder inside the moving half. Also we provided vacuum chillvents for reducing the Porosity issues at thick mass areas of the casting. The general Wall thickness of the casting was 3mm . However, it has got thick sections upto 14mm which are prone to shrinkage porosity.

The die got oil circulation in it's insert as well in moldbase to ensure proper die temperature.
